Villa details Entrance to the Villa is on the level through a wrought iron gate and front door into the hallway. This leads to the large lounge/dining room complete with open fire, satellite TV, and stereo system. The Naya attached to the lounge is ideal to have breakfast and enjoy the views over the garden and across the valley. The modern fully equiped kitchen is located off the lounge/dining room with a utility room containing a washing machine. The back door leads to the large Barbecue are with covered seating area fully fitted thih sink, fridge etc. There is also an outside toilet. Double doors lead from the Naya down steps to the garden and pool area. The lovely 8x4 metre pool is surrounded by terracing where there is plenty of room for the tables, chairs and loungers which are provided for your comfort. The hall leads to two twin bedrooms, one with on-suite shower room, a spacious family bathroom and finally the master bedroom suite that has a double bed and shower room.
Javea, The Arenal and surrounding area Javea is divided into three main areas, the Old Town, the Port and the Arenal. In the centre of the Old Town is the old church of San Bartolome which is next to the market situated in a neo gothic building, with surrounding narrow streets within the old town wall. The old fishing Port is full of character and is now one of the main tourist areas of the town with its marina. A stroll through the port can be a true delight if taken in the late afternoon when the fishing boats return. The Arenal Beach is the best known and most visited by bathers, being the only sandy one in the local area. Along the promenade there is a commercial leisure complex. Summer nights on the Arenal are very lively, with a large array of shops, bars and restaurants. Javea is within easy reach of Benidorm with its large Water Theme Park 'Aqualandia', Dolphin Water Park 'Mundomar' and large Theme Park 'Terra Mitica' which has some of the biggest rides in Europe. Denis, Moraira and Calpe are all within easy reach.
